His enthusiasm to motivate and encourage you to think in a different perspective is more than praiseworthy. Ramesh Aravind, the host of Weekend With Ramesh, the most-popular chat show in the state came up with something new at the beginning of this season (4). A small exclusive web-series called ‘Monday Motivation With Ramesh‘ on Facebook. It’s a way to help you beat your Monday blues and have a great week ahead. It is also like a self-help program taken as an initiative by him to ensure you are filled with confidence and self-motivation by the end of each clip. For example, the ‘Theory Of Plus One Minus One‘ and ‘Anger Big Or Small Should Be Justified‘ was super helpful to me.
Today we have another interesting concept, the story and journey to success. Take a look at this clip first to see hear and see first hand what the veteran actor and host Ramesh Aravind has said…
Ramesh Aravind#ZeeKannada #MondayMotivation #WeekendWithRamesh4

Ramesh Aravind speaks from experience and gives a hypothetical situation where, for example, he used to get 100 Rs as his salary. However, he then worked and gave his all to his job so the value of his work was actually 200 Rs. He did this only to show his love for his work and the capacity he had. And now, his work has become so much easier on him that he works only for 100 Rs worth and gets paid 400 Rs because he has proved what his capacity is. Similarly, your first concentration should be how passionately you work and proving that your capacity just keeps increasing. Like how in movies, there are consecutive doors that are opened to find the main price in the end. But in order to do that, you must ‘prove yourself first’.
Give a shout out to this great man for motivating and entertaining you every week, in the comments box given below.
